A: You first need to create an account. You can do so here. Once you log in to your account,  you can see standard product stock availability displayed on the product page. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked. Your approved pricing will also be displayed.

A: Add the desired products to your cart, checkout, fill in your details, and follow the on-screen instructions. If you require a bespoke tool, just complete the form on the product page, and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

A: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of £8.50, with orders over £250 eligible for free next-day delivery.

 

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We ship all our products via DHL UK as standard, and delivery time is typically the next day when ordered before 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 2 p.m. Friday.

A: You can return any unused standard items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You cannot return bespoke items.
