PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms shall apply in conjunction with the Specific Terms of any promotion. You should therefore read these General Terms in combination with the Specific Terms. Where any Specific Terms conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.

1. Offers are for a limited time only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
2. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time..
3. These promotions are only applicable when buying direct from Quickgrind.
4. If a partial refund results in the order no longer qualifying for the 3 for 2 promotion requirements, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. Let’s take as an example your purchase of three (3) items for £20, £15, and £10. Under the 3 for 2 offer the £10 product would be discounted to £0 making the order value £35. If you wish to return the product priced at £15, your order no longer qualifies for 3 for 2 and therefore the £10 which was discounted by 100% would now be chargeable. Therefore the order value for all three items would be retrospectively amended to £45 . This would result in a net refund to you of £5 rather than £15.
5. The offer cannot be exchanged for vouchers or cash and holds no monetary value.
6. While we use reasonable endeavours to estimate the demand for our promotions, all promotions are available while stocks last and are subject to availability. In the event that demand exceeds our projections we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. If you have been charged in relation to any product which we cannot fulfil as part of the promotion, your account will be refunded with the price charged.
7. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
8. By participating in the promotion the participant states to agree to our standard terms of sale.
9. Supplementary charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.

2. Promotion applies to only 1 purchase per customer.
3. Offer available until published deadline of promotion (see promo flyer or social media post for details).
4. We maintain the right to withdraw the sales promotion at any time.
5. Applies to standard tools only.
6. Prices exclude VAT.
